Real estate agents generally pay a referral fee. If you intend to sell your home or investment property, contact MyMoney and we will collect this referral fee and pay this commission to your MyMoney refund account. We can only obtain this fee if you tell us first, do not contact the agent first they will not consider it a referral.
Let us know which real estate agent you wish to use. If you do not know which agent to use we will select an agent in your area. We contact the real estate agent and arrange a visit or appointment with you.
Selling your property
Upon sale/settlement of the property we will collect the fee and pay this commission to your MyMoney refund account.
Renting a property
Property Managers may also pay referral fees for property management services.
We can also collect a referral fee from a property manager and pay this commission to your MyMoney refund account. Again do not contact the agent/property manager directly.
