MyMoney provides complete transparency of information

 

When it comes to reporting, MyMoney gives you total transparency.

You can access all your refund information in the Members Area of this website. This area is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Log in details of how to access your account will be supplied to you on joining.

We are committed to being completely transparent about our service. All information is on display, including the amount of commissions received by us and the amount paid into your nominated bank account.

Monthly refund e-statements

 

At the end of each month, you can view your  MyMoney activity statement. You are able to view your account both at a summary and detail level, including graphical views of activity by Fund Manager / Insurance Company and by the type of commissions received.

If you have further enquiries about your account, you can call the MyMoney Service Centre on 1300 655 143 between 9.00am and 4.00pm AEST on any business day.

Report Frequency of Report Information
Welcome information Upon opening your account. Confirmation that your account has been opened.
Servicing Adviser transfer forms Upon opening your account and for any further investments nominated. These forms are necessary in order to effect the nomination of MyMoney as your servicing adviser. This will allow MyMoney to commence receiving commissions on your behalf.
Monthly Activity Statement Each month. Showing the refunds that have been transferred to your nominated bank account.
 

Full Transparency

MyMoney members are able to login through the secure login process to Monitor all commission activity on their financial products and underlying transactions.

Reporting

MyMoney members can obtain access to all activity statements and tax invoices.
